    Presenter: John Bathke, JD
    Presenter: James Moore, Ph.D.

The Functions of Modern Management, MGT601 has the highest retention rate issues in MAOM program. This is the second course in MAOM sequence. A comprehensive course review was performed in order for the determination to be made of the root causes causing the low retention rate. MAOM team will present results of their thorough investigation of each variable which contributed to the retention issue. The ultimate goal of the presentation is to propose a set of recommendations to other faculty of how to address this challenging task ensuring that “one size fits all” does not work with the high risk courses.
